Step 01

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1 Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
2 Share clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging

After verification, we will offer:

Free replacement
Store credit or refund
Step 02

Returns

As our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, each piece is created especially for you.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective.
Step 03

Replacement Timeline

Once your replacement request is approved and verified, processing begins immediately.

15–20 days business days for approved replacements to be processed

Non-Eligible Cases

The following are not covered under our replacement policy:

Minor variations in texture, colour, or finish — these are natural characteristics of handcrafted stone products
Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
